Customer service was also responsive when I needed assistance rearranging a ferry booking. However, the notification system was nearly non-functional - I missed several important updates about schedule changes and had to proactively check each booking status. This created unnecessary stress and last-minute scrambling that marred what should have been a perfectly relaxing island vacation. With improvements to the notification system, this service could provide an outstanding Greek travel experience, but currently it's a mix of excellent and inadequate components.

    My Thai vacation was a tale of two very different service experiences. On one hand, the customer service team was absolutely stellar - responsive, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable about Thailand's travel nuances. They saved my trip when I encountered a hotel booking error in Phuket, quickly arranging alternative accommodations that actually exceeded my original choice. Notifications about travel changes were also timely and clear. However, the initial booking platform was needlessly complicated, with confusing options and unclear pricing structures that made comparing alternatives difficult. Most disappointing was the almost complete lack of useful destination information - what little was provided was generic brochure material without the practical tips or cultural insights needed to truly experience Thailand. While the excellent customer support compensated for many shortcomings, the service needs more consistency between its different components to deliver the seamless experience promised.
